The Road To Singapore
What Drives Us
We are breaking barriers in STEM, empowering girls to lead, innovate, and compete on the world stage.
We are a team of five passionate high school girls on a mission to break barriers in STEM and motorsport. We believe every girl deserves the chance to see herself as an engineer, innovator, and leader. Our work isn’t just about racing—it’s about building confidence, challenging stereotypes, and proving that talent knows no gender.
We’re proud to represent Canada on the world stage, showing what’s possible when young women have access to education, mentorship, and the tools to dream big. This journey is about learning, growing, and inspiring the next generation of girls to see themselves in science and technology.
From local competitions to representing Canada at the World Finals in Singapore.
We started as five students with big dreams and no idea how far this would take us. Over the past year, we’ve designed, tested, and raced our own miniature F1 car, competing in local and national competitions. Along the way, we’ve learned teamwork, problem-solving, public speaking, and advanced engineering skills.
At the Canadian National Finals, we placed 2nd overall and won six national awards, the most of any team. Now we’ve been invited to represent Canada at the World Finals in Singapore. But getting there means raising over $60,000 to cover travel, registration, and materials. Every bit of support brings us closer to the starting line.
Designing, building, and racing miniature F1 cars in the world’s top STEM competition.
F1 in Schools is the world’s largest STEM competition for students. We design, test, and race miniature F1 cars powered by CO₂ cartridges, applying real engineering principles and cutting-edge tools. Using CAD software, simulations, and precision manufacturing, we build a car that’s fast, aerodynamic, and compliant with strict technical regulations.
Beyond engineering, we handle project management, sponsorships, branding, and presentations to judges. It’s a true all-in-one learning experience that prepares us for careers in science, technology, and business—while having an incredible time doing it.
National Awards
We earned the highest number of trophies at the Canadian Finals.
Young Women
